When Should I Expect My Items To Be Delivered?

The estimated delivery time frames are:

  • Approximately 15ย -ย 20ย working days.

High Demand and International items: Some of our items are in high demand,ย in particularย our sale items, and

  • Some items are shipped internationally. In this case these shipping times areย betweenย 21-30 days within Australia.ย 

Please Note:ย Delivery time starts only after the buyersโ€™ payments have been fully cleared. The item will then be dispatched from our warehouses, usually 3-5ย  working days after receipt of cleared payment, At this stage,ย tracking details will become available.

As we use variousย delivery partners to delivery our items, we nor our delivery partners can provide or guarantee a delivery on specific dates or times.

Due to ongoing COVID restrictions being placed in different states and natural disasters from time to time, delivery time frames can be affected and your patience in these cases is appreciated.

Australia Post:ย Items dispatchedย by Australia Postโ€™sย ย will be issued withย aย barcoded address label. Upon dispatch, youย will be issued withย a consignment number.ย You can use this number to track your order, pleaseย visit

Aramax: Items dispatched with Aramex,ย will be issued withย an email of confirmation, inclusive of your order tracking number. To track the item(s), please visitย http://www.aramex.com.auย and use the given tracking number.

Allied Express:
ย Items dispatched with Allied Expressย will be issued withย aย barcoded address label and you will be able to track your items through the Allied Express websiteย http://alliedexpress.com.au/ย or callย 131373ย for more queries.

Toll:ย Parcels dispatched with Tollย will be issued withย aย barcoded address label and you can track your item(s) through the Toll websiteย anytime atย https://www.tollgroup.com/tools/mytoll

Hunter Couriers: Parcels dispatched with Hunter Express, will be issued withย a barcoded address label. Youย will be able to track you item(s) through the Hunter Express website atย anytime atย https://www.hunterexpress.com.au/home

Undeliverable Packages

In the event that your parcel is returned to us, our customer service teamย will contact you via email.

Inaccurate address

In the event of any address discrepancies with your order, the product(s) will be returned to us, and one of our a customer care teamย members will contact via email.

Any products that are returned to us will incur a re-deliveryย fee.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt

In the event that no one is present to collect or sign for the order when it arrives:ย 

  • If delivered by Australia Post : Your parcel will be available for collection at your local Post Office, a notification will be left in the mailbox in this instance.ย 
  • If your item is delivered by Aramex or Allied Express :ย  arrangement will be made prior to deliverย  to ensureย your item arrives at your convenience.
  • If you are not home at the arranged time, aย re-delivery cost will occur at your expense.ย 

Rejected by Receiver

If you have purchased this item as a gift, please make sure the receiver is aware, to avoid parcel rejection. If the parcel has to be resent, a re-delivery cost will occur at your expense.ย 

The expected time of delivery is a guideline only. Delivery may be delayed due to various
reasons.ย 

To allow for efficient dispatch, we do not allow pick up or for the customers to arrange their own courier from our warehouse.
