Warranty, Refund And Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Big Bite Fishing Shirts further known as BBFS for your Fishing Apparel and accessories needs. We are committed to providing you with quality products, and we want to ensure your satisfaction. Please read the following Warranty, Refund, and Return Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
1. Warranty

1.1 Product Warranty

BBFS warrants that all BBFS purchased directly from us will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of  from the date of 30 days from purchase. If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, Big Bite Fishing Shirts will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product, offer a store credit or refund the purchase price.

1.2 Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, or negligence.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Products or services not purchased directly from Big Bite Fishing Shirts.
- Third-party products or services used in conjunction with ours.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Product Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of a BBFS product, you may request a store credit within 7 days of receiving the said item(s). To initiate, please contact our customer support team at  The following conditions apply:

- The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.
- The product must be in new, unused condition.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Credits will be processed within 14 days after the returned product is received and inspected.
- Discontinued and sale items are exluded from return - please contact us

- Returns are only available if the goods were not provided as described.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the request is approved.
- Refunds are not given for "Change of mind" or wrong size
