1. Warranty
1.1 Product Warranty
BBFS warrants that all products purchased directly from us will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
If a defect arises within this period, BBFS will, at its sole discretion:
Repair or replace the item
Issue a store credit
Refund the purchase price
1.2 Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or negligence
Normal wear and tear
Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Products not purchased directly from Big Bite Fishing Shirts
Third-party products or services used in conjunction with our products
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Product Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a store credit within 7 days of receiving your item(s). Please contact us at shop@bigbitefishingshirts.com.
Conditions:
Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories and documentation
Items must be in new, unused condition
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and are the customer’s responsibility
Credits will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s)
Important:
Discontinued and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange – please contact us for clarification
Refunds are only issued if goods were not as described
Refunds are not available for “change of mind” or incorrect sizing
A 20% restocking fee applies to all refunds

This fee helps cover the genuine costs involved in processing returned items, including:
Processing & Administration: The labour involved in receiving, logging, and verifying returned products.
Handling & Inspection: The time spent carefully checking the item’s condition, ensuring it’s unused and in resellable condition.
Resale Preparation: Repackaging, quality control, and updating inventory so the product can be made available for resale.
When Restocking Fees Apply
Change of Mind or Incorrect Size: If an item is returned due to personal preference, such as size, colour, or style.
Non-Defective Returns: When the product received is not faulty, or damaged.
When Restocking Fees May Be Waived
Defective or Damaged Products: If a product arrives faulty or damaged, we’ll assess the issue and may waive the fee.
Store Credit or Exchange: In some cases, we may waive or reduce the fee when you choose a store credit or exchange instead of a refund.

Please note that sale items and discontinued products are generally not subject to returns or exchanges. However, in good faith, BBFS may offer a resolution at its discretion.
Restocking fees cover genuine costs incurred in processing returns, including handling, inspection, and repackaging.
